We thought they would give us even MORE freedom and balance.
We got the equation wrong.
Turns out we actually love working for something. We love building deep relationships.
We’re trying to scale and “10x” everything, so we miss out on the truly lovely things in the middle. The bridge to those “scaled” businesses.
We set unreal expectations and set ourselves up to fail.
