Boundaries with ourselves and others are easy and effortless when we are clear on what we are aligned to, and only take action or adhere to a lifestyle based on those ideals.<\/p>\n
We don\u2019t need \u201cdiscipline\u201d to show up to them because they are inherent to our moral code and ethics.<\/p>\n
We will stand for them, even silently to ourselves, as what we hold near and dear. Our Hearts, Minds, and Actions are Aligned. On the same page.<\/p>\n
You also get more output from those choices because they are in alignment, therefore easier and require less energy.<\/p>\n
Difficulty to maintain boundaries and attention (with ourselves and others) is a great reg flag that we need to look at that agreement or \u201cpriority\u201d, and question where our hearts REALLY are on the topic.<\/p>\n
