MID-DAY SLUMP?

What do you do to regain your superpowers from earlier in the day?

How are recharging our system to reboot? To come back to life after a day that’s half spent?

Many of us choose coffee or sugar for the extra kick of juice.

Me?

I choose to walk.

To move.

To go to the beach 🏖 I live less than a mile from it.

Some people dance 💃

I know that as my mind gets full from the morning, it needs to de-compress. To unwind, before getting wound back up.

In my academy, we talk about undirected attention.

It’s that time where my brain gets to roam free.

It gets to bend and shape the clay of information that’s been building in my mind all day.
