“Know” A Lot, But Not Finding Success?

I used to have tons of joint pain in my ankles, hips and shoulders…

The joints are all about transitions…they are transition points in the body…

If you always roll your ankle or have a bad wrist, it’s effecting your ability to handle change.

🔑 It may not be your “limiting beliefs” that are getting in the way. It may be habitual unconscious muscle patterns that are holding you stuck where you are.

You need to move the stuck junk in the joints, and rely more on the surrounding muscles to carry the energetic load. That’s why they have the density they do. To carry the energy and move it powerfully through the body and out.

Using Tai Chi, Yoga and Body-based Breakthrough, I’ve been able to move the tension and energy through my joints, but also be SO MUCH better at facing new experiences, travel, new people or mind states, to come back to stability and equanimity.

Retrain your body 💪 to hold new patterns of joy, connection, and confidence and you retrain your brain 🧠 to do the same.
