By giving our body consistent wake times, meal times, and break times, we are able to free up mental and emotional bandwidth for harder problem-solving tasks. We have messed with the delicate balance of hormones, neurotransmitters, and other feel-good chemicals and bacteria in the body. By simply taking care of and attending to our body inconsistent and small ways, we are able to reap huge benefit, and reach our potential creatively and intellectually.
